Be sure to follow all of our detox recommendations. We recommend a low carb and high fiber diet while using the detox. The best way to know if you are clean is to use the test strips provided with the kit. Please wait 24 hours after taking the last capsules before taking a test. When testing yourself, make sure it is a well-hydrated mid-catch sample. Each kit comes with 2 test strips included checking your status.

Just open the wrapper the strip is contained in and remove the plastic cover on the tip. Get a good, well-hydrated, mid-catch sample, then place the strip into the urine for 10 seconds so that the test tip is submerged to the marked line but not above. Read the results at 5 minutes. Do not read after 5 minutes.
